EHL Welcomes One New Member to its Board of Directors and Bids Farewell to Two Members

Lausanne, December the 18th, 2024 – EHL is pleased to announce some changes to its Board of Directors. Dr. Roland Herrmann, an accomplished leader with extensive experience in banking, entrepreneurship, and governance, will join the Board of Directors, bringing a wealth of expertise in finance and leadership. Meanwhile, EHL bids farewell to two of its esteemed members, Tania Micki and François Dussart, who have made invaluable contributions to the organization over the years.

Dr. Herrmann is an experienced independent board member and advisor with a strong background in finance, governance, and digital transformation. He previously served as CEO of Neue Aargauer Bank, leading initiatives in corporate culture, digital channel integration, and operational efficiency. His extensive board experience includes roles at Valiant Bank, Ribe Moto AG, and advisory positions in strategic banking initiatives. With a Ph.D. in applied physics, Dr. Herrmann uniquely blends analytical acumen with leadership excellence, making him a valuable addition to the EHL Board, where he will chair the Audit and Risk Committee.
