Lausanne, July 26th 2021 - EHL Group announces the mandate renewal of Dr Inès Blal, as the Executive Dean & Managing Director of Haute Ecole-Academia SA. Her mandate has been renewed for a four-year period.
Dr Blal, who has been teaching at EHL for more than fifteen years, holds a PhD in Strategic Management in Hospitality and Tourism from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, a Master’s in Hospitality Management from EHL and a Bachelor in International Management from INSEEC.
“We would like to highlight Dr Blal’s key successes during her first term, which include continuing to support the teams and the faculty in order to deliver an education of high quality. More specifically, the establishment of the Deanship, an Academic Board and an Assessment Board, applying principles of collegiality, marked her first mandate.”, declares Dr Juan F. During her next term, Dr Blal will actively contribute to the implementation of the new multicampus organization of the EHL as well as its ranking as a unique institution of higher education. She will continue to support the objective of combining teaching, practice and research. Her second term will focus on strengthening a learner-centered approach and enhancing strategic partnerships and collaborations to support the academic mission.
